Prana

Here is the science of Consciousness:We are a speck of Cosmic Consciousness.We can name as CONSCIOUSNESS. It is also called 'PRANA'.Prana /consciousness eneters to this Earth frequency in a containes called SELF.Self is the containes for Consciusness. It will have all the knowledge and Energy to perform.
Self makes compartments called Mind and Body to experience this Earth frequency.
Body mind experiences this earth frequency through our life experiences.All the experiencial knowledge and experience goes to Self and therby it makes our Consciousness to GROW or Expand.Expansion of Consciousness is the very purpose of Consciusness.
When we complete our work, we leave this earth frequency leaving all our containes-body mind and even self.

Thoughts in Meditation

Meditation is the journey from thoughtful state to thought less state. When we are doing Meditation, we have to pass through Mind and then transcend it.

Mind is nothing but bundles of thoughts- present, past, future. When we pass through Mind, we tend to get innumerable thoughts. One thought leads to another: another thought leads to some other so on so forth. In this process we may lost in it or we may get so much irritations that we tend to come out the Meditation itself. We may try to stop it mentally either by giving commands or doing something mentally. But it hardly happens.

It is here that Meditation alone helps to transcend Mind zone.

You have to do nothing. Just witness it. Just Observe it. Don’t negate the thought or don't energize the thought. Just witness, just observe.
Slowly you will witness the flow of your normal natural Breathe. Just witness. Just observe the Breath and its flow. Don't do conscious Breathing. Let breath happen on its own. Just witness the flow.
Then miracles start happening.
Thoughts slowly reduce. You are becoming more at peace. Slowly thoughts slow down. Gap between the thoughts widens. You will have thought....no thought....thought........any thought.... Slowly you will have absolutely No thought for almost 20 minutes.

By more and more Meditation time of No thought state extends. It is the Meditative state.
Do Meditation regularly and attain Bliss.

Way to do Meditation

Way to do Meditation
Sit comfortable.Clasp your fingers..cross your legs.Close your eyes.just relax...
After few seconds,you will start feeling the flow of Breath...in-breath...out-breath...
observe the flow of Breath.
If thought arises..known or unknown...just shift your awareness to Breath....just be with Breath.
Just observe....just witness...
Be a observer...just be....
Do Meditation as long as you 'feel'.
Practice to do Meditation for a minimum of 45 minutes in one sitting. Any time is okay for Meditation. Select any convinient time in your daily schedule.

Do Meditation. Attain Bliss.
